Yes, customers in wheelchairs can easily navigate the game rooms via the wheelchair ramps. And casino staff are always on hand to help customers on request.

Are children allowed in the casinos?

Children are not allowed in the game rooms. Even if accompanied by an adult, it is prohibited by the rules in Ontario casinos. However, children are allowed into non-gaming areas such as the restaurants and auditoriums if they are accompanied by an adult. All casino customers, regardless of their age, must carry valid ID.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the casino resorts. The only exception is for certified service animals. Even small pets are not allowed inside the game rooms. Please note that pets may not be left unattended in vehicles.

Who is not allowed to enter the casinos?

The following persons are prohibited from entering the game areas in Ontario casinos:

Can I use my smartphone to take photos and videos?

The use of cell phones or other electronic devices is not allowed at table games and slot machines. If you need to use your cell phone while playing, you should temporarily interrupt your game, and move away from the gaming table or slot machine.

What are the rules for alcohol?

The consumption of alcohol outside the buildings is not allowed. People who appear to be drunk will not be allowed into the casinos.
